【Abstract】 Hunan local economic legislative bodies for minorities have positively established economic laws and regulations which accord with the special development law of market economy in minority regions and reflect the objective requirement of economic development in minority regions,and have made enormous achievements.At the same time,such problems as the faultiness of the system of local economic legislation for minorities,the insufficiency of independence and pertinence still exist.When it comes to the cause,the shortage of theoretical direction and practical experience of local economic legislation for minorities, the insufficiency of legislative concept innovation of local economic legislation for minorities and the deficiency of legislative programs of local economic legislation for minorities should be responsible for the problems.更多还原
