内冷型液体除湿特性

【摘要】 除湿器是液体除湿系统中重要的传热传质部件。对以LiCl为除湿剂的内冷型除湿系统进行了研究。采用除湿效率、除湿量描述系统的传质效果,给出了除湿效率的关联式。实验测试了溶液和空气的进口参数对除湿性能的影响,并与拟合出的关联式的预测结果进行了比较,且拟合结果与实验结果吻合较好。所得实验数据和关联式为进一步完善和分析液体除湿系统的性能提供了可靠依据。

【Abstract】 Dehumidifier is a crucial component in the liquid desiccant system.The internally-cooled liquid desiccant system using LiCl as desiccant was studied.Adopting the moisture effectiveness and the moisture removal rate to describe the mass transfer performance,and the empirical correlations of moisture effectiveness were given.The effect of desiccant and air inlet parameters on the dehumidifier performance by experiment was explored,and the result with those predicted by the empirical correlations was compared.The results show that the numerical simulation result obtained by using fitted correlations is consistent with the experimental data.The experimental data and empirical correlations are useful to improve and analyze performance of the desiccant system.
