【摘要】 在对炼油厂设备腐蚀情况进行调查的基础上,分析了炼油设备的腐蚀特征。考虑局部腐蚀缺陷的安全等级,基于风险的剩余寿命预测模型建立了腐蚀缺陷合乎使用的可靠性工程评估方法,并对某炼油厂设备的局部腐蚀和点腐蚀缺陷进行了安全评估,其结果可为含腐蚀缺陷炼油设备的长周期安全运行提供科学的理论依据。更多还原

【Abstract】 The corrosion status in the oil refinery factories was investigated and corrosion characteristics of oil refinery equipments were analyzed as well.The local corrosion failure safety levels were considered,and prediction of residual life based on risk level was established.Two types of typical corrosion defects of local corrosion and pitting corrosion were assessed by means of proposed method.The promoted assessment approach of corrosion defects and remaining life prediction were useful for assessment of pressure vessels and pipelines safety in oil refineries.更多还原
