导叶式旋风管入口环形空间内气相流场数值模拟

【摘要】 利用Fluent软件和雷诺应力模型(RSM)对装有分流型芯管的导叶式旋风管内部三维强旋湍流流动进行了数值模拟计算,尤其是将入口环形空间和芯管内的气相流场数值模拟结果与实验结果进行了对比。结果表明,数值模拟值与实验值吻合较好。部分气流通过芯管上的细长开缝进入芯管,实现气体的分流,通过两股不同方向旋流的相互作用,使得芯管内气流的旋转速度降低。

【Abstract】 With the help of Fluent software and Reynolds Stress Model,numerical simulation was performed on three-dimension strong swirling turbulent flow within a guide vane cyclone tube with slotted vortex finder.Specially,numerical results for the gas phase flow field in the inlet annular space and the vortex finder were compared with available experimental data,good agreement was obtained between the predictions and the experiments.Part of gas enters the vortex finder through lathy gaps to realize the gas shunt.Interaction between two tubulent flow in different directions make rolling velocity of gas flow decline in vortex finder.
