【摘要】 目的探讨早期康复干预对人工股骨头置换术后功能康复的影响。方法将39例人工股骨头置换术患者随机分为康复组120例,于术后24 h开始康复干预;对照组19例行常规护理锻炼,2组患者在术后6个月由专职护士进行问卷调查。结果康复组的功能恢复明显高于对照组(P<0.01)。结论早期康复干预可以促进人工股骨头置换术后患肢功能恢复。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To explore the influence of early rehabilitative intervention after artificial femoral head replacement on patient’s functional rehabilitation.Methods 39 patients received artificial femoral head replacement were divided randomly into rehabilitative group(n=20) and control group(n=19).Patiehts in rehabilitative group accept rehabilitative intervention after 24 hours of operation;those in control group received usual care exercises.Questionnaires were conducted on two groups by specific duty nurses at postoperative 6 months.Results Functional recovery of the patients in rehabilitative group was obviously better than that in control group(P<0.01 or P<0.05).Conclusions Early rehabilitative intervention can accelerate the functional recovery of affected limbs after artificial femoral head replacement and improve patient’s life quality.更多还原
