【摘要】 目的探讨带眼轮匝肌蒂皮瓣修复眼睑及颜面部的皮肤软组织缺损的疗效。方法眼睑及颜面部皮肤软组织缺损的患者21例,根据缺损面积的需要在颞部顺鱼尾纹方向设计带眼轮匝肌蒂皮瓣,通过直接旋转或旋转后经过皮下隧道对缺损区进行修复。结果23个术后皮瓣全部成活,经随访,转移的皮瓣肤色与周围一致,缺损区修复彻底,眼睑及颜面部无明显瘢痕,具有良好的整形美容效果。结论采用带眼轮匝肌蒂皮瓣修复各种原因引起的眼睑及颜面部的皮肤软组织缺损是一种较理想的方法,值得临床推广应用。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To study the clinical usage of the skin flap grafting with musculus orbicularis oculi pedicle in repairment of soft tissue defect around eyelid and perieyelid.Methods Soft tissue defect around eyelid and perieyelid caused by various reason were repaired with the skin flap with musculus orbiculairis oculi pedicle.The skin flap with musculus orbicularis oculi pedicle was designed following fish tail wrinkle to repair the defect by rotation or through subcutaneous tunnel,size of the flaps based on the range of soft tissue defect.Results There are 21 skin flaps with musculus orbiculairis oculi pedicle.After the operation,all of them were survived.The color of skin flap was the same as that of peripheral skin.The defect was completely repaired without obvious scar formation.The cosmetic effect was good.Conclusions It is a ideal new method in repairing soft tissue defect around eyelid and perieyelid with the skin flap grafting with musculus orbicularis oculi pedicle.It is worth to be applicated and disseminated.更多还原
