【摘要】 目的探讨乳腺癌改良根治术中保留肋间臂神经的临床意义。方法选择乳腺癌Auchincloss改良根治术51例,随机分为保留肋间臂神经25例,切除肋间臂神经26例。术后对两组患者患侧上臂内侧和腋窝区的皮肤感觉功能进行检查。结果保留肋间臂神经组术后感觉异常的15 d 5例(20.0%),1个月4例(16.0%),3个月、6个月各1例(4.0%),明显低于非保留组的21例(80.8%)、16例(61.5%)、13例(50.0%)及12例(46.2%),均P<0.01。结论乳腺癌改良根治术保留肋间臂神经可显著减少术后患侧上臂内侧和腋窝区的感觉异常发生率,明显改善患者术后的生活质量。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To study the value of preserving intercostobrachial nerve in modified radical mastectomy.Methods Fifty-one patients with Auchincloss modified radical mastectomy were randomly divided into preserving intercostobrachial nerve group(n=25) and resecting intercostobrachial nerve group(n=26).Sensory function of the medial upper arm and axillary fossa were examined after operation.Results In preserving intercostobrachial nerve group,5 patients(20.0%) had abnormal sensory for half a month,4(16.0%) for one month,one(4.0%) for three months and one(4.0%)for six months.Accordingly,those in resecting intercostobrachial nerve group were 21(80.8%),16(61.5%),13(50.0%) and 12 cases(46.2%) respectively.There were significant difference between two groups(P<0.01).Conclusions Preserving intercostobrachial nerve in modified radical mastectomy could decrease the incidence of abnormal sense on the medial upper arm and axillary fossa,and obviously improve the life quality of the patients after operation.更多还原
