【摘要】 目的探讨甲型副伤寒沙门菌的临床特点,以提高诊治水平。方法回顾性分析我科甲型副伤寒住院病例的药敏试验结果及临床特点,并与近年伤寒病例做对比。结果甲型副伤寒组消化道症状较伤寒组明显,更易并发肝脏损害,甲型副伤寒沙门菌对喹诺酮类,亚胺培南,三代头孢菌素敏感性好。结论甲型副伤寒早期临床症状不典型,易误诊,对临床常用抗生素的敏感性好。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To investigate the clinical characteristic of Paratyphoid fever A infection,and enhance the diagnosis and treatment effects.Methods The result of drug sensitive test and the clinical features of 48 inpatients with Paratyphoid fever A infection were analyzed retrospectively and compared with past typhoid fever infection cases.Results Digestive canal symptoms and liver damage were more common in patients with paratyphoid fever A than patients with typhoid fever,salmonella paratyphoid A were more sensitive to quinolones,imipenem and cephalosporin.Conclusions The early clinical symptom of paratyphoid fever A is not typical and easy to be misdiagnosed.Salmonella paratyphoid A is sensitive to the antibiotics frequently used in clinic.更多还原
