【摘要】 目的探讨糖尿病伴发急性脑梗死患者反复发作的相关因素。方法回顾279例急性脑梗死的患者临床资料,对其中62例糖尿病伴发脑梗死反复发作的临床资料进行分析。结果糖尿病伴发脑梗死易反复发作,且严重程度、病死率显著增高,其差异具有显著性(P<0.01)。结论糖尿病伴发急性脑梗死患者反复发作的发生率高,预后差。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To investigate the relating effecti ve factors of diabetes mullitus combined with acute cerebral infaction re-occur.Methods Restrospective analysis the data of 62 cases diabetes combined with acute cerebral infaction and re-occur was made among 279 cases of acute cerebral infaction.Results Diabetes mellitus combined with acute cerebral was prone to re-occur.Serious level and the mortality was obviously increased,there was marked difference(P<0.01).Conclusions The rate of re-occuring was in creased and prognosis unfavourable.更多还原
