【摘要】 目的探讨青光眼小梁切除术后常见并发症的护理对手术效果的影响。方法对55例(86眼)青光眼患者滤过术后的浅前房、滤过不通畅、前房积血等并发症进行观察并采取有效的护理措施。结果滤过术后浅前房恢复25眼(92.6%)、滤过不畅好转7眼(77.9%)、前房积血吸收4眼(100%)。结论术后积极配合医生密切观察并发症并正确护理是提高手术成功率和减少并发症的重要措施。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective Nursing of glaucoma patients with postoperative complications after trabeculectomy.Methods Postoperative complications(superficial anteror chamber,hyphema and folliculus isoformation) of 55 glaucoma patients(86 eyes) after trabeculectomy were observed and nursed carefully.Results 25 eyes(92.6%) with superficial anterior chamber recovered,7 eyes(77.8%) with difficult to filter improved,the blood were absorbed in 4 cases(100%) with hyphema.Conclusions Observing carefully and nursing correctly after operation are important measures to ensure the success of operation and reduce the complication.更多还原
