【摘要】 目的探讨经胸超声心动图(TTE)在房间隔缺损封堵术中的应用价值。方法在经胸超声和数字减影血管造影监测下,对44例继发孔型房间隔缺损用伞形封堵器封堵。结果44例全部封堵成功。最长随访12个月,均见封堵器位置正常,稳定,无合并症。结论经胸超声心动图在房间隔缺损封堵术前、术中、术后随访中有重要作用。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To probe the value of transthoracic echocardiography(TTE) on transcatheter closure of atrial septal defect.Methods Under monitoring and guidance by transthoracic echocardiography and digital subtraction angiocardiography,the umbrella occluder was used to occlude the atrial septal defects in 44 cases of patients.Results All of the patients were treated successfully.During 12 months follow-up,the positions of umbrella occluders was normal and stable,no complications appeared.Conclusions TTE plays an important role in transcatheter closure of atrial septal defect with the umbrella occluder before,during operation and in the period of follow-up.更多还原
