【摘要】 目的探讨糖尿病患者合并感染的因素。方法对我院550例糖尿病合并感染患者中的187例进行回顾性调查。结果在各种感染中,以呼吸系统感染率最高(52%),并且血糖控制越差、患者年龄越大、并发症越重,感染发生率越高。结论血糖高、年龄大、并发症重是糖尿病患者合并感染的重要易感因素。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To investigate the causes of infection in patients with diabetes.Methods The data of 187 patients with diabetes complicated with infection was analyzed retrospectively.Results Infection of the respiratory have the highest infection rate(52%) in all kinds of infections.The infection rate was higher in old patients with severe complications whose blood glucose was difficult to control.Conclusions High blood glucose,old and severe complications are important predisposing factor of infection in patients with diabetes.更多还原
