【摘要】 目的探讨神经外科手术患者下呼吸道医院感染的危险因素,为制定下呼吸道医院感染控制措施提供依据。方法采用目标性监测的方法对神经外科病人术后下呼吸道医院感染发病率及相关危险因素进行调查分析。结果267例神经外科手术患者分析发现气管切开、意识障碍、手术时间>2 h、年龄≥60岁是神经外科下呼吸道医院感染的危险因素。结论神经外科手术患者是下呼吸道医院感染的高危人群,应采取综合措施降低下呼吸道医院感染的发病率。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To find out the risk factors of nosocomial infection of lower respiratory tract in patients after neurosurgical operations,and to provide the theoretical bases for making the controling plan.Methods Objective monitoring method was used to studied the incidence and the related risk factors of nosocomial infection of lower respiratory tract.Results It was found that the important risk factors of nosocomial infection of lower respiratory tract in patients after neurosurgical operation include of tracheotomy,conscious disturbance,operation time more than 2 hours,and patient’s age more than 60 years old.Conclusion The patients after neurosurgical operation were high risk group of nosocomial infection and it was important to control nosocomial infection with scientific measures.更多还原
