【摘要】 目的探讨生长抑素在肠梗阻治疗中的应用效果。方法将我科78例各型肠梗阻,随机分为常规治疗对照组40例及实验组38例,实验组常规治疗基础上加用生长抑素(6 mg,iv,gtt,qd),对比两组的疗效。结果实验组临床症状较对照组明显改善,腹胀、腹痛减轻,胃肠引流量减少,治疗后肛门开始排气时间明显的缩短。结论在常规治疗基础上加用生长抑素静脉滴注能改善肠梗阻患者临床症状,适于各型肠梗阻的治疗,但不能减少其必要手术治疗病例的比例。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To study the clinical effect of somatostatin on patients with intestinal obstruction.Methods 78 patients with intestinal obstruction were randomly divided into two groups: control group(40 patients) and experimental group(38 patients).Somatostatin(6 mg iv gtt qd) was given to patients in experimental group.The curative effect was compared between two groups.Results Compared to the control group,the obstruction in experimental group was alleviated significantly,the symptoms of bdominal distention and abdominal pain were relieved,the amount of drain decreased,the exhaust of anus was earlier.Conclusions Based on the general therapy,usage of somatostatin can significantly relieve the intestinal obstruction for all the patients with obstruction,but it can’t reduce the ratio of operation.更多还原
