【摘要】 目的探讨应用HP联合HD治疗急、慢性肾功能衰竭患者的临床效果及护理对策。方法回顾性分析27例肾功能衰竭患者应用HP联合HD的治疗及护理过程。结果27例患者经HP联合HD治疗后,病情稳定,部分患者的皮肤瘙痒、心功能、血压、食欲、睡眠及精神状况得到不同程度改善。结论HP联合HD治疗是目前肾脏替代疗法中新的治疗途径之一。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To explore the clinical effects and nursing scheme of hemoperfusion combined with hemodialysis in the treatment of acute and chronic renal failure.Methods The data of treatment and nursing of27cases with acute and chronic renal failure treated with hemoperfusion combined with hemodialysis was analyzed retrospectively.Results The skin scratch,cardiovascular function,blood pressure,appetite and sleeping were improved in various degrees in all cases after the treatment by hemoperfusion combined with hemodialysis.Conclusions The treatment by hemoperfusion combined with hemodialysis is one of the best substitutive therapy methods for renal failure.更多还原
