【摘要】 目的评价氟西汀合并脊柱旋转复位法治疗抑郁症的疗效和副作用。方法对74例患者分别以氟西汀合并脊柱旋转复位法与单一氟西汀治疗,用汉密尔顿抑郁量表(HAMD)、汉密尔顿焦虑量表(HAMA)、不良反应症状量表(TESS)评定疗效和副作用。结果两组疗效、减分率比较无显著差异(P>0.05),但氟西汀合并脊柱旋转复位法副作用少而轻,依从性好。结论氟西汀合并脊柱旋转复位法治疗抑郁症是一种安全、有效的治疗抑郁症的方法。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To evaluate the curative effect and side effects of the combined treatment of depression with fluoxetine and the massage on spine in convalescence.Methods Seventy four cases with depression were assigned to2groups:43cases in the control group were treated only with the fluoxetine,and31cases in the treatment group were treated with the combined therapy with fluoxetine and the massage on spine in convalescence.The curative effect and side effects were evaluated with the Hamilton despondent meter(HAMD),the Hamilton anxious meter(HAMA),and the not good responded symptom meter(TESS).Results There was not significantly difference in the curative effects and the reducing fraction between the two groups(P>0.05).But in the combined treatment group,the side effect was few and light,patients taken medicine easily and the compliance was better.Conclusions The combined treatment with fluoxetine and the massage on spine in convalescence is a security and effective method in the treatment of depression.更多还原
