EMS诱变玉米花粉M1代生物学效应研究

【摘要】 采用含有甲基磺酸乙酯(EMS)的石蜡油溶液处理玉米自交系910,7019,齐319,丹340和联87的成熟花粉,研究了经EMS处理的花粉离体萌发率与处理当代结实率的相关性及M1代生物学性状的变异。结果表明:花粉离体培养后萌发率随EMS浓度的增加而降低,并与处理当代的结实率呈正相关;EMS处理的M1代引起了较大的生理损伤和生物学变异效应,主要表现为结实率低、出苗率低、出苗持续时间长、出苗迟缓、成株率下降、M1代群体的抽雄期表现提前和延迟等特性;M1代苗期变异以叶色变异为主,其中条纹叶变异最大,而成株期以雄穗变异为主,其中雄性败育变异率最高。

【Abstract】 Paraffin oil solution including the ethyl methane sulfonate(EMS) was used to treat the matured pollens of corn inbred lines 910,7019,Qi319,Dan340 and Lian87.Correlations between the pollen germinating rates and seed setting percentage,the variations of biological characters of M1 generation were studied.The results were as follows: Pollen germinating rate decreased with the increasing of EMS treatment concentration,and showed positive correlation with seed setting percentage;EMS treatment caused certain physiological damages and biological variations in M1 generation,such as low seed setting rate,low seedling emergence rate and long emergence duration;rate of survival decreased in M1 generation population,and male blooming time appeared unstable;in M1 generation,leaf color was the main variation occurred at seedling stage(stripe leaf variation list the first among leaf color variation) and male ear was the main variation occurred at adult plant stage(male noprocreate variation is the highest).
