不同提取条件对植物提取物抑制茄子黄萎病菌活性的影响

【摘要】 对3种植物进行不同提取溶剂和提取方法的提取效能的测定结果表明:PE-5的最佳提取液为50%乙醇超声波提取30m in的提取效率最高,抑菌效果很稳定;PE-18的最佳提取液为50%乙醇:80%丙酮(1∶1)超声波提取30m in抑菌效果最好;PE-27的最佳提取液为80%乙醇超声波提取30m in的提取效果最好。有的提取物混合后可以增加提取物的抑菌效率,其中PE-27与PE-18按1∶1混配后的抑菌率显著高于PE-27和PE-18,而有的提取物混合后降低了提取物的抑菌效率,PE-18与PE-17、PE-5混合后的抑菌率均低于PE-18。

【Abstract】 The extracting methods including different solvents, different methods and the extracting time of three plant species were conducted.The results showed that the suitable extracting solution of PE-5 was 50% ethanol in ultrasonic 30min.50%ethanol:80%acetone(1∶1),ultrasonic 30min were the suitable extraction method for PE-18.80% ethanol,ultrasonic 30min were the suitable extraction method for PE-27.Some mixed plant extracts could enhance the inhibitory rate,and the inhibitory rate mixed PE-27 and PE-18 was higher than that of PE-27 and PE-18 respectively.However,some mixed plant extracts decreased inhibitory rate,and the inhibitory rate of the mixtune of PE-18 with PE-17 and PE-5 was lower than that of PE-18.
