【摘要】 目的了解分析新疆博尔塔拉州维、哈、蒙、汉四民族血脂现状。方法将2004-09—2004-11新疆医科大学第一附属医院心血管中心及新疆博尔塔拉州人民医院心内科进行的新疆博尔塔拉州高血压流行病学基线调查资料中,3300例列入本次研究,受检对象均行体格检查及血脂测定。结果四民族(维、哈、蒙、汉)血清总胆固醇(TC)年龄调整均值为4·77、4·69、4·86、4·64mmol/L,高密度脂蛋白胆固醇(HDL-C)为1·33、1·46、1·48、1·41mmol/L,低密度脂蛋白胆固醇(LDL-C)为2·78、2·65、2·70、2·48mmol/L,甘油三酯(TG)中位数为1·15、1·06、1·18、1·28mmol/L,总的血脂异常率为57·4%、46·6%、50·3%、51·8%。结论本研究人群总的血脂异常率较高,但各项血脂均值未超过我国血脂防治建议的标准。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To study the serum lipid levels and prevalence of lipid abnormalities in Uygur,Hasake,Mongolians,Han adults(≥30years)of Boertala region of Xinjiang.Methods From Sep.to Nov.2004,3 300 subjects were gathered from baseline survey of hypertension epidemiology in Boertala region.All participants had a physical examination and serum lipid test.Results TC age corrected mean levels were 4.77,4.69,4.86,4.64,HDL-C(mmol/L)was 1.33,1.46,1.48,1.41,LDL-C(mmol/L)was 2.78,2.65,2.70,2.48 TG(mmol/L);median TG was 1.15,1.06,1.18,1.28,prevalence of lipid abnormalities was 57.4%,46.6%,50.3%,51.8%in Uygur,Hasake,Mongolian and Han adults.Conclusion The mean lipid level is not high,but prevalence of lipid abnormalities is high in the subjects更多还原
