甲醇转化制烯烃反应规律的研究

【摘要】 在固定流化床反应器中,ZSM-5沸石催化剂存在下,考察了反应温度、注水量、剂醇比、空速对甲醇转化制烯烃反应的影响。结果表明,在试验温度范围内(420~560℃),随温度升高,甲醇转化率升高,干气和焦炭产率升高,二甲醚含量减少,气中油和液化气含量降低,并且乙烯、丙烯、丁烯产率在520℃时达到最高值;提高注水量,烯烃的选择性和产率升高,焦炭产率降低;提高剂醇比,转化率升高,焦炭产率升高,乙烯、丙烯、丁烯产率下降;提高空速,甲醇的转化率降低,焦炭的产率降低,乙烯产率下降,丙烯产率升高。

【Abstract】 The effect of reaction conditions,such as reaction temperature,the amount of injected water,the ratio of catalyst to methanol and space velocity,on the conversion of methanol to olefins over ZSM-5 zeolite catalyst was investigated in a fixed-fluidized bed reactor.The test results showed that under the reaction temperature range of 420~560℃,with the increase of reaction temperature,the methanol conversion,dry gas and coke yields increased,the content of dimethyl ether in products dropped and maximum yields of ethylene,propylene and butylenes were obtained at 520℃. With the increase of injected water dosage,the olefin yield and selectivity increased,and the coke yield decreased.With the increase of catalyst/methanol ratio,the conversion and coke yield increased,yet the yields of ethylene,propylene and butylenes decreased.With the increase of space velocity,the methanol conversion and yields of coke and ethylene decreased,propylene yield increased.
