固相离子交换法制备Cu(Ⅰ)β沸石及其吸附脱除噻吩的研究

【摘要】 在合成Naβ沸石的基础上,采用固相离子交换方法制备了Cu(Ⅰ)β沸石吸附剂,将其首次用于噻吩类硫化合物的吸附脱除研究。考察了交换温度和铜源CuCl的用量对Cu(Ⅰ)β晶体结构和离子交换程度的影响,得到了合适的交换温度和铜源CuCl用量范围。以噻吩硫为模型化合物,比较了Cu(Ⅰ)β,Naβ,Hβ,Cu(Ⅱ)β沸石的吸附脱硫效果。结果表明,Cu(Ⅰ)β对噻吩的吸附脱除率最高,120min时达到95%,表现出对噻吩较强的吸附能力。进一步研究表明,Cu(Ⅰ)β沸石的穿透硫容达到0.144mmol/g,饱和硫容达到0.397mmol/g。

【Abstract】 Cu(Ⅰ)β zeolite was obtained by solid state ion exchange of Hβ prepared from Naβ and characterized by XRD、SEM and other techniques.It was first used for thiophene removal by adsorption method.The influences of solid state ion exchange temperature and the amount of CuCl added on the property of Cu(Ⅰ)β zeolite were investigated and the optimum preparation conditions were obtained.The performance of thiophene adsorption removal by Cu(Ⅰ)β,Cu(Ⅱ)β,Hβ and Naβ was evaluated at ambient temperature in static state.Test results showed that Cu(Ⅰ)β exhibited the best thiophene removal performance,95% of the thiophene molecules could be removed in 120 minutes,and its breakthrough capacity of sulfur and saturation capacity of sulfur were 0.144mmol/g and 0.397mmol/g,respectively.
