电化学氧化-超滤组合工艺在炼油厂水处理中的应用

【摘要】 用电化学氧化-超滤组合工艺对炼油二级出水进行了处理和回用研究。结果表明,电化学氧化法可降解炼油二级出水中的COD和NH3-N。氯离子浓度、电流密度和电解液流速对COD和NH3-N的去除影响很大。在NaCl质量浓度为500mg/L、电流密度为10mA/cm2、流速为18mL/min时,电解40min后,COD质量浓度降为20mg/L,NH3-N质量浓度降为3.02mg/L,直流电耗为2.18kWh/t,满足炼油废水回用标准。研究结果表明,这种组合工艺在炼油二级出水处理和回用中的应用前景非常广阔。

【Abstract】 A process of combining electrochemical oxidation and ultrafiltration for treating the refining secondary effluent was studied and the overall treating efficiency of the combined process were assessed in terms of COD,NH3-N and turbidity reduction.It was concluded that the electrochemical oxidation method could effectively degraded the COD and NH3-N in the wastewater.The chloride ion concentration,current density and flow rate affected the removal of COD and NH3-N in the effluent greatly.The test results showed that with a sodium chloride concentration of 500mg/L,a current density of 10mA/cm2 and a flow rate of 18mL/min,after electrolysis for 40min with an electricity consumption of 2.18kWh/t,the COD and NH3-N of the effluent were reduced to 20mg/L and 3.02mg/L,respectively, which met the requirements of wastewater reuse.Treating refining secondary effluent with said combined process provided a promising future for reusing the wastewater in refinery.
