低堆密度拟薄水铝石纳米纤维粒子的制备与表征
PREPARATION AND CHARACTERIZATION OF FIBROUS PSEUDOBOEHMITE NANO-PARTICLES WITH LOW BULK DENSITY
【摘要】 以Al2(SO4)3和NaOH为原料,十二烷基苯磺酸钠(DBS)为表面活性剂,采用直接沉淀工艺制备了纤维状低堆密度纳米拟薄水铝石。通过TEM,DSC-TG,XRD,BET等检测手段对产物进行了表征和分析,讨论了反应温度、Al3+初始浓度以及DBS的应用对纳米粒子形貌和分散性的影响,并研究了纳米粒子堆密度与其形貌及分散性的关系。结果表明,所制备拟薄水铝石为低结晶度纳米产物,其比表面积和孔体积分别达到275.7m2/g和1.37mL/g。
【Abstract】 Using Al2(SO4)3,NaOH as raw materials and sodium dodecyl benzene sulfonate(DBS)as surfactant,the fibrous pseudoboehmite nano-particles with low bulk density was synthesized by direct precipitation method.TEM,DSC-TG,XRD and BET techniques were used to characterize the obtained product.The influence of reaction temperature,initial Al 3+ concentration in the reaction system and the application of DBS on the morphology and the dispersion of nano-particles,as well as the relationship of bulk density with morphology and dispersion were discussed.The prepared pseudoboehmite exhibited as low crystallinity fibrous nano-particles,having surface area and pore volume of 275.7m2/g and 1.37mL/g,respectively.
