有机膨润土复配SBS改性沥青的动态力学性能研究
STUDY ON THE DYNAMIC MECHANICAL PROPERTIES OF ASPHALT MODIFIED BY ORGANO-BENTONITE/SBS COMPLEX
【摘要】 研究了有机膨润土复配SBS改性沥青的老化前后高温和低温动态力学性能,考察了改性剂及其用量对改性沥青高温和低温性能的影响。结果表明,有机膨润土与SBS组合物的加入提高了沥青的高温复合模量,温度敏感性显著减弱,使得沥青高温性能得到了改善;同时降低了改性沥青老化后的蠕变劲度,增大了蠕变速率,提高了沥青老化后的低温性能,在长期使用过程中有较好的抗疲劳开裂性能。
【Abstract】 The dynamic mechanical properties of the asphalt modified by organo-bentonite/SBS complex before and after aging were studied. The effects of modifiers and the dosage of the modifier on the performance of modified asphalt at high temperature and low temperature were investigated respectively. Results showed that by adding said complex modifier the high temperature complex modulus increased, the temperature susceptibility and the high temperature performance of the modified asphalt improved. Moreover, after aging the creep stiffness decreased, the creep rate (m value) increased, indicating that the low temperature performance of the modified asphalt improved as well. With the improvement of anti-aging property, better anti-fatigue and anti-break performance of said modified asphalt could be exhibited in long-term use.
