固体酸催化氧化脱硫的实验室研究
SULFUR REMOVAL OF FCC NAPHTHA BY CATALYTIC OXIDATION OVER SOLID ACID CATALYST
【摘要】 用浸渍法制备了固体酸催化剂H3PW12O40/SiO2,以催化裂化汽油为原料,进行催化氧化脱硫实验,考察了催化剂用量、氧化剂(特丁基过氧化氢)用量、反应温度及反应时间对脱硫效果的影响。实验结果表明,在催化剂用量为5%,氧化剂中氧与硫的摩尔比为5,反应温度70℃,反应时间3 h的最佳反应条件下,H3PW13O40/SiO2催化剂可将催化裂化汽油中的硫含量由100μg/g降低到3.5μg/g,脱硫率可达96.5%,汽油收率为83.5%,并且催化剂具有较好的再生性。
【Abstract】 A solid acid catalyst, H3PW12O40/SiO2, was prepared by impregnation method and used in a bench scale catalytic oxidation process for removing sulfur compounds in FCC naphtha. The effects of reaction conditions, such as reaction temperature, reaction time, and the amount of catalyst and oxidation agent used, on the desulfurization were investigated. Test results showed that under the optimum reaction conditions of a reaction temperature of 70℃, a reaction time of 3 h, a catalyst dosage of 5 % and the molar ratio of oxygen in oxidation agent to sulfur of 5, the sulfur content of FCC naphtha could be reduced to 3. 5μg/g from the original of 100 μg/g, the sulfur removal rate reached 96. 5% with a treated naphtha yield of 83. 5%. Said catalyst could be regenerated.
