【摘要】 目的评估口腔全景片在多个牙根管治疗术中的应用价值和效果。方法48例共160牙,在同一患者同时存在多个牙齿需做根管治疗时,采用术前口腔全景片及个别小牙片的方法,以明确病变,利于诊断和疗效判断。结果对所病例随访3~6月,所有患牙获得良好的临床和X片疗效。结论口腔全景片在多个牙根管治疗中有重要作用,便于明确诊断治疗和术后疗效判断,利于资料保存以及随访观察和修复治疗。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To assess the reaults and vaule of oral radiogram in endodontic treatment of palyo-dontia with severe. Pulpitis and apical Peridontitis role.Methods 48 Patients were included in the study, A total of 160 teeth were treated with contemporary root canal treatment in this research. Treatment resulets and diagnosis were evaluated with Panoramic oral radiogram during the treatment. After successful root-canal filling most of the cases were treated with restorative treatment.Results Satisfying clinical and radiographical results were obtained in all the cases after 3-6 months follow up.Conclusion Panoramic oral radiogram plays a decisive role in endodontic treatment of pltyo-dontia. Panoramic oral radiogram is the useful tool in measurement of root canal treament also in collection of data and communica-tion in patients dentist or dental defective prosthesis.更多还原
