【摘要】 目的分析临床疑诊冠心病的常规心电图ST-T改变与冠脉造影结果相关性。方法对107例常规心电图有ST-T改变的疑诊冠心病的病人行冠脉造影检查,根据造影结果结合临床表现评价ST-T改变在冠心病诊断中的价值。结果伴有典型心绞痛者诊断符合率83.12%,无典型症状者为32.08%,二者比较差别有显著性(χ2=22.97,P<0.005)。结论冠心病的诊断必须结合临床症状、缺血性心电图改变、危险因素综合考虑,单凭心电图改变诊断容易造成誤诊。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To analyze the relationshisp between the changes of ST-T of routine electrocardiogram and the results of the coronary angiography in patients suspected of coronary artery disease(CAD).Methods Coronary angiography was performed in 107 suspected CAD patients with changes of ST-T on routine electrocardiogram.We assessed the value of the ST-T changes on the diagnosis of CAD on the basis of the coronary angiography results and clinical manifestations.Results The diagnostic agreement rate between the two methods was 83.12% in patients with typical angina pectoris,but only 32.08% in patients without typical symptoms of angina pectoris.The differences between the two groups of patients were significant(χ~2=22.97,P<0.005).Conclusion In the diagnosis of CAD,clinical symptoms,ischemic electrocardiographic changes and risk factors have to be taken into account,misdiagnosis may happen only on the basis of electrocardiographic changes.更多还原
