【摘要】 目的探讨吻合器痔上黏膜环切术(procedure for prolapase and hemorrhoids,PPH)的手术技巧。方法总结PPH治疗105例环状混合痔的临床资料。结果105例中除1例术中吻合失败,另行间断缝合,其余病例均顺利完成吻合。有61例吻合口出现不同程度搏动性出血,均予8字缝扎止血。术后平均住院时间3 d(2~4 d)。105例中90例术后痔核完全回缩,15例回缩不全。结论PPH是治疗环状混合痔的一种安全、有效、快捷的新方法,但术中的操作细节对手术效果有较大影响,甚至关系PPH的成败。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To evaluate and analyze the technique of procedure for prolapase and hemorrhoids(PPH).Methods Analyzing the clinical data of the third or fourth degree hemorrhoids operated by procedure for prolapase and hemorrhoids.Results Total 105 patients were operated on by PPH,Except for 1 case that was failed,all the others are succeed.61cases were found with pulsatile blood of different extent,and were all stanched by crossing stitching.The mean postoperative hospital stay were three days(2~4days).Through all the cases,90 cases have absolute retraction,and 15 cases don’t have.Conclusion The procedure for prolapase and hemorrhoids(PPH) was safe,effective and rapid way to cure hemorrhoid.And the operating details have great affect on the results of operation.更多还原
