正常人肩关节囊内神经元型一氧化氮合酶阳性神经纤维的分布
The Distribution of nNOS-immunoreactive Nerve Fibers in capsule of human shoulder joints
【摘要】 目的探讨肩周炎(冻结肩)的发病机理。方法用免疫组织化学方法观察人肩关节囊内神经元型一氧化氮合酶(nNOS)阳性神经纤维存在的情况。结果人肩关节囊的纤维层内有nNOS免疫反应阳性神经纤维存在,数量较多,多数神经纤维独立直行。结论nNOS阳性神经纤维可能参与了人肩关节囊的伤害性感觉信息的传递。当人肩关节囊病变时,可能刺激nNOS阳性神经纤维,引起NO的释放和传递,这可能是引起肩周炎时肩痛的原因之一。
【Abstract】 Objective To understand the pathogenesis of frozen shoulder.Methods the capsule of human shoulder joints were immunostained with anti-nNOS antibody.Results There were plenty nNOS-immunoreactive nerve fibers in fibrous capsule of human shoulder joints. Most of them went straightly and singly.Conclusion The present results suggest nNOS may participate in transmission of nociceptive message among capsule of human shoulder joints. When the nerve fibers of capsule of human shoulder joints were stimulated, NO may be released and transmitted by the nerve endings. They may be one of the causes which arouse pain of frozen shoulder.
