【摘要】 目的探讨肝脏炎性假瘤(IPL)的诊断及治疗方法。方法回顾性分析6例肝脏炎性假瘤病人的临床资料。结果6例因腹部不适就诊;5例术前疑为肝癌,1例诊断为IPL;6例均行手术切除。结论肝脏炎性假瘤病因不明,术前诊断困难,综合临床表现、实验室及影像学检查可能有助于提高诊断正确率,手术切除是有效的治疗方法。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To investigate the diagnosis and treatment of inflammatory pseudotumor of the liver(IPL).Methods We retrospectively analysed the clinical data of 6 patients with IPL.Results All the 6 patients were seen in the hospital because of abdominal discomfort.Preoperative diagnoses were hepatic carcinoma in 5 patients and IPL in 1 patient.Surgical resection were performed in all 6 patients.Conclusion The exact etiology of IPL has not been elucidated.Preoperative diagnosis is difficult.Clinical characteristics in conjunction with laboratory tests and imaging findings may improve preoperative correct diagnosis rate.Surgical resection is the treatment of choice for this particular disease.更多还原
