【摘要】 目的探讨柴胡疏肝散及其提取物对大鼠下丘脑促肾上腺皮质激素释放激素(CRH)含量的影响。方法采用慢性多相性应激模型,放免方法检测下丘脑CRH含量。结果与正常组相比,模型组下丘脑CRH含量显著升高;而水提醇沉液和原方高剂量组可下调下丘脑CRH含量。结论柴胡疏肝散、水提醇沉液可能通过调节丘脑CRH含量调节HPA起抗抑郁作用。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To observe the effect of CRH content on hypothalami in chronically stressed rat by the CHSGS decotion and extractions.Methods Using the rat chronic stress modle,measured the CRH content in hypothalami by radioimmunoassay method.Results the CRH content in the model group is obviously higher than normal group,the higher dosage of CHSGS and the ethanol deposited group can ameliorate the step-uped CRH station.Conclusion CHSGS and it’s extraction by ethanol perhaps have the function of anti-depression by regulating CRH and HPA.更多还原
