【摘要】 目的研究细胞凋亡抑制蛋白survivin在复发性自然流产(RSA)患者绒毛及蜕膜组织中的表达情况,初步探讨survivin与复发性自然流产的关系。方法应用免疫组化法检测26例RSA患者和20例正常早孕妇女绒毛及蜕膜组织内survivin在蛋白水平的表达,并进行图像分析、比较、计算其平均阳性单位值(PU)。结果Survivin在正常早孕及自然流产绒毛、蜕膜中均有表达,正常早孕组绒毛滋养细胞、蜕膜细胞survivin表达分别为PU=15.12±2.05、PU=10.81±2.02,RSA组绒毛滋养细胞、蜕膜细胞survivin表达分别为PU=8.86±2.31、PU=6.93±2.15,正常早孕组survivin表达明显强于RSA组(P<0.01),差异有显著性意义。结论凋亡抑制蛋白survivin在妊娠绒毛及蜕膜组织中低水平表达,可能是复发性自然流产的重要原因之一。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To investigate the expression of survivin in pregnancy tissues of patients with recurrent spontaneous abortion(RSA) and the relation between survivin and RSA.Methods Immunohistochemical method(SP) was used to examine the expression of survivin in villus and deciduas in 26 RSA patients and 20 healthy pregnant women.Average PU was calculated.Results Survivin was expressesed in villus and deciduas of RSA patient and health pregnant women.Survivin level in villus and deciduas of healthy pregnant women were PU=15.12±2.05 and PU=10.81±2.02,respectively,whereas they were P U=8.86±2.31 and PU=6.93±2.15 in villus and deciduas of RSA patients, which were significantly lower than corresponding values of healthy pregnant women(P,0.01).Conclusion Decrease in survivin level in villus and deciduas may be one of the important reasons for RSA.更多还原
