【摘要】 目的提高胎死宫内原因的产前诊断水平,预防胎死宫内发生和改善此后的妊娠结局,从而降低胎死宫内发生率。方法对我院25例死胎的原因进行分析,并按世界卫生组织推荐的十二表格方式作死亡评定。结果胎死宫内原因依次是:脐带因素8例,胎儿因素6例,母体及不明原因各4例,胎盘因素3例。结论胎死宫内发生的主要原因为脐带和胎儿因素,应嘱孕妇自数胎动监测胎儿安危。为降低北京市胎死宫内发生率,重点应加强外地来京孕产妇的管理。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To elevate the antenatal diagnostic of intrauterine fetal death,and decrease the antenatal mortality.Methods twenty-five stillbirth case were studied,To evaluate deaths according to the Tlwele Table,which the WHO advacted.Results The cause of death was classied as follow: the cause of umbilical cord was in 32%(8),the cause of fetal was in 24%(6),the cause of pregnacy and unexplained was in 16%(4),only 12%(3) of the case was placent.Conclusion the main cause of intrauterine fetal death are umbilical cord and fetal.therefore,the pregnancy should number fetal action to monitor the situation of fetal.addition to,in order to decrease mortality of intrauterine fetal deaths in Beijing,we should pay attention to the pregnancy who come from other provinces.更多还原
