【摘要】 目的观察低分子肝素钙并单硝酸异山梨酯对肺心病加重期心衰患者的疗效。方法选择72例慢性肺源性心脏病急性加重期的患者,随即分成治疗组和对照组,试验前均评价监测血液流变学的各项指标。治疗组在给予常规治疗的同时,给予低分子肝素钙并单硝酸异山梨酯;对照组只给予常规治疗。2周后复测上述指标,比较各组前后的变化。结果试验前后比较,心衰缓解,全血高切粘度、全血低切粘度、血浆粘度、红细胞压积、纤维蛋白原、血红蛋白定量和红细胞计数等指标均明显下降,前后比较有显著性差异(P<0.05)。结论低分子肝素钙并单硝酸异山梨酯对肺心病急性加重期的患者具有降低血液粘滞度、纠正心力衰竭、改善乏氧的作用。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To investigate the effective of low-molecular-weight Heparins Calcium and isosorbide-5-mononitrate on pulmonary heart disease patients with heart failure.Methods 72 cases of acute stage with chronic pulmonary heart disease were randomly divided into therapy group and contral group.Hemorheologyical indexes in patients were examined before test.Therapy group was given low-molecular-weight Heparins Calcium and isosorbide-5-mononitrate,also given convention treatment.Contral group only given convention treatment.Results Heart failure relieved after test.The indexes of whole blood high shear viscosity,low shear viscosity,plasma viscosity,hematocrit,fibrinogen,haemoglobin and erythrocyte counts were distinctness decreased.There was significant difference between before and after test(P<0.05).Conclution Low-molecular-weight heparins calcium and isosorbide-5-mononitrate can decreasing blood viscosity,correcting heart failure,improving hypoxia on acute stage of pulmonary heart disease patients.更多还原
