【摘要】 目的评价改良B-Lynch压缩缝合术在产后出血治疗中的应用。方法回顾分析2005年4月1日至11月31日6例严重产后出血患者用改良B-Lynch压缩缝合术的疗效。结果6例中3例患者严重子宫收缩乏力,3例胎盘因素出血,采用改良B-Lynch压缩缝合术止血均取得满意效果,无一例切除子宫。结论改良B-Lynch压缩缝合术是治疗产后出血,尤其是宫缩乏力性出血的一个行之有效的方法。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To evaluated the use of the improved B-lynch surgical technique in postpartum hemorrhage.Methods A retrospective study was carried out to analyse the curative effect of the improved B-lynch surgical technique in 6 cases of postpartum hemorrhage patients from April 1st to November 31th in 2005.Results The hemostatic effect of B-lynch suter technique in postpartum hemorrhage was ideal,hesterectomy was performed in no case,Conclusion The improved B-lynch surgical technique is an effecive method in the therapy of postpartum hemorrhage,especially in uterine atony cases.更多还原
