【摘要】 目的研究CD5+B细胞在慢性乙型病毒性肝炎发病中的作用。方法采用免疫荧光双标记技术和流式细胞仪对39例慢性乙型病毒性肝炎患者和18例健康对照者周围血中CD5+B细胞(CD5+CD19+)的百分率进行测定,同时检测慢性乙型病毒性肝炎患者肝功能的变化。结果在慢性乙型病毒性肝炎患者周围血CD5+B细胞百分率显著高于对照组,而且在慢性乙型病毒性肝炎患者各分组(按肝功能损害程度分组)中CD5+B细胞均明显高于对照组;但在慢性乙型病毒性肝炎患者各分组之间CD5+B细胞百分率无显著性差异。结论CD5+B细胞与慢性乙型病毒性肝炎发病有关,但与肝功能损害程度无显著相关。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To study the role of CD5~+ B cells in the pathogenesis of chronic hepatitis B.Methods The percentages of CD5~+ B cell(CD5~+ CD19~+) of peripheral blood in 39 patients with chronic hepatitis B and 18 healthy control were determined by use of immunofluorescence double staining and flow cytometry.In addition,the serum indexes of liver function were also tested in chronic hepatitis B patients.ResultsThe percentages of CD5~+ B cell of peripheral blood were significantly increased in chronic hepatitis B patients as compared with healthy controls;moreover,the percentages of CD5~+ B cell in all subgroups of chronic hepatitis B patients stratified according to the degree of the liver function damage were all higher than those of healthy control group.But there no significant differerences in percentages of CD5~+ B cell among all the subgroups of chronic hepatitis B patients.Conclusion CD5~+ B cell may be involved in the pathogenesis of chronic hepatitis B,but there is no significant correlation with the degree of liver function damage.更多还原
