【摘要】 目的观察黄芪注射液与丹参注射液治疗肺心病急性加重期的疗效。方法将肺心病急性加重期患者分治疗组与对照组,两组入院后均按常规治疗,治疗组采用黄芪注射液20 m l,丹参注射液16~20 m l,加入5%葡萄糖溶液内静滴,每日1次。对照组用地戈辛、胺腆酮、异博定或慢心律等。结果观察组与对照组相比,总有效率差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组乳酸脱氢酶(LDH)、谷丙转氨酶(GPT)、肌酸磷酸激酶(CPK)与治疗前后有明显改善(P<0.05)。观察组与对照组心电图有效率分别为77.8%、58.6%,抗心律失常药的不良反应在两组间差异具有显著统计学意义(P<0.01)。结论应用黄芪注射液与丹参注射液治疗肺心病急性加重期可改善心肌缺血,抗心律失常、使血清酶恢复正常,具有明显的临床效果。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To evaluate the effect of astragalus injection and red sage root injection in the treatment of patients with chronic cor pulmonale who experienced acute exacerbation.Methods Chronic cor pulmonale patients with acute exacerbation were randomly assigned to receive Astragalus and red sage root injection plus regular treatment(the treatment group) or regular treatment alone(the control group).The regular treatment was the same in both groups.Astragallus injection 20 ml and red sage root injection 16-20 ml diluted in 5% dextrose 500ml by intravenous infusion once daily.Results The total response rate of the treatment group was significant higher than that of control group(P<0.05).Lactic dehydrogenase(LDH),glutamic-pyruvic transaminase(GPT) and creatine phosphokinase(CPK) significantly improved in the treatment group patients as compared with baseline values(P<0.05).In the treatment group and the control group,ECG improvement rate were 77.8% and 58.6%,respectively.The adverse reaction incidences of antiarrhythmic drugs were significantly different between two groups(P<0.01).Conclusion In patients with chronic cor pulmonale who experienced acute exacerbation,Astragalus injection and red sage rot injection can improve myocardial ischemic and arrhythmia,retuned serum enzyme to normal,have significqnt clinical therapeutic efficacy.更多还原
