【摘要】 目的了解深圳市罗湖区0～7岁儿童出生缺陷的发生水平和分布特点,探讨降低先天缺陷儿童出生率的相关因素,为优生优育提出相应的可操作性的干预措施。方法由经培训的调查员对罗湖区0～7岁户籍儿童进行出生缺陷现况调查。结果共调查1997年9月1日至2004年8月31日出生的0～7岁户籍儿童10489人,发现出生缺陷儿童126例,出生缺陷率为120.12/万。男女儿童的缺陷儿发生率没有显著性差异,0～7岁各年龄段儿童的缺陷儿发生率也没有显著性差异。结论深圳市罗湖区0～7岁儿童出生缺陷的发生率高于广东省平均水平。实施出生缺陷干预工程,提高出生人口素质,刻不容缓。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To investigate the cases of the birth defects in Shenzhen Luohu District and provide reference bases for the effective prevention of the birth defects.Methods Set up monitors of birth defects and prenatal health during 1997～2004.All children were investigated by survey member who had been trained before the investigated.Results A number of 10 489 children aged 0～7 were surveyed in Luohu , 126 birth defect cases in this investigated .The rate of birth defects was 12.012‰. There was no significantly different between boys and girls.Conclusion The rate of birth defects in Luohu is higher than in Guangdong Province, and comprehensive from the birth defects should be conducted.更多还原
