【摘要】 目的探讨锁骨钩钢板治疗肩锁关节脱位的疗效。方法2000年5月至2004年12月运用锁骨钩钢板治疗TossyⅢ型肩锁关节脱位21例,19例获得随访,随访8~18个月,平均12个月,术后7~12个月(平均9个月)取出内固定。结果按Karlsson标准进行评价,优良15例,满意4例,无切口感染,内固定失败等并发症,肩锁关节无再脱位。结论锁骨钩钢板是治疗肩锁关节脱位的一种良好的方法。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To manage the clinical effects of clavicula hook plate in treatment of cucromioclavicular dislocation.Methods From May 2000 to December 2004,treated the TossyⅢ acromioclavicular dislocation 21 cases with the clavicula hook plate.19 cases had followed-up survey. Follow-up survey 8～18 months. Average 12 months. 7～12 months (average 9 months) taken out the interior fixator.Results According to Karlsson,s Criteria, excellent results of 15 cases. Satisfaction results of 4 cases.
