【摘要】 目的探讨上皮型钙黏附素和β-连环素在非小细胞肺癌(NSCLC)发生、发展和转移中所起的作用及其表达水平与预后的关系。方法采用免疫组化(SABC)法、检测111例NSCLC和23例肺良性病变组织中上皮型钙黏附素和β-连环素的表达水平,分析其与肺癌病理生理特征及患者预后的关系。结果肺癌组织中上皮型钙黏附素和β-连环素表达水平均显著低于癌旁肺组织和肺良性病变组织(P<0.01)。上皮型钙黏附素和β-连环素在鳞癌中的表达水平均显著低于腺癌和腺鳞癌,在III期肺癌中的表达水平显著低于I和II期肺癌(P<0.01),伴有淋巴结转移肺癌中上皮型钙黏附素和β-连环素的表达水平均显著低于不伴有淋巴结转移者(P<0.01)。低分化肺癌中上皮型钙黏附素表达水平显著低于中-高分化肺癌(P<0.05);β-连环素在低分化肺癌和中-高分化肺癌中的表达水平无显著性差异(P>0.05);上皮型钙黏附素和β-连环素高表达组(表达水平≥50%)的5年生存率显著高于低表达组(表达水平<50%)(P<0.01)。结论上皮型钙黏附素和β-连环素表达水平降低与NSCLC的发生、发展、转移有密切关系,检测上皮型钙黏附素和β-连环素在肺癌中表达水平对预测患者预后有重要意义。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To investigate the roles of E-cadherin and βcatenin in the growth,invasion,metastasis and prognosis of non-small cell lung cancer(NSCLC).Methods The expression of E-cadherin and β-catenin were detected in 111 non-small cell lung cancer tissue and 23 benign pulmonary lesion tissues by immunohistochemical method(SABC method).Results The expression of E-cadherin and β-catenin in lung cancer tissue was significantly lower than that in adjacent non-cancerous lung tissue and benign pulmonary tissue(P<0.01).The expression of E-cadherin and β-catenin in lung cancer tissue with lymphonodus was significantly lower than that in those without lymphonodus(P<0.01).The expression of E-cadherin and β-catenin in lung cancer tissue with squamous cell was significantly lower than that in those with adenocarcinoma and adenosquamous carcinoma(P<0.01).The 5-year survival rate in patients with low E-cadherin and β-catenin expression was remarkably lower than that in patients with high expression(P<0.01).Conclusion The results suggest that reduced expression of E-cadherin and β-catenin is closely related with the growth,invasion and metastasis of NSCLC.The detection of the expression of E-cadherin and β-catenin is of important predictive value for the prognosis of patients with NSCLC.更多还原
