Strengthening Management,Promoting Reform on Experiment Teaching
【摘要】 以实验室管理为题,重点从提高队伍素质、严格考核制度、完善管理制度、创新管理模式等方面入手,阐述了如何进行高校实验室的管理。
【Abstract】 This essay focuses on the management of laboratories. It expatiates how we carry out the management of laboratories in colleges, which is mainly from the respect of increasing group quality, being strict in examination system, improving management system and innovating management patterns and so on.
