大豆低聚糖的生产工艺研究
The research on conditions for soybean oligosaccharide production
【摘要】 介绍了从脱脂豆粕中提取大豆低聚糖的制备工艺,通过多次实验确定了浸提、活性炭脱色和离子交换脱盐等过程的较优工艺参数,同时对成品低聚糖粉末的成分进行了测定。
【Abstract】 This paper introduces the conditions for soybean oligosaccharide production from soybean cake.According to the optimum conditions,the data of extraction,decolorize and ion exchange are given,and the contents of produced oligosaccharides powder are analysed.
