分体式间歇运行膜生物反应器处理生活污水的试验研究
Study on Separation Sequence Membrane Bioreactor for Domestic Wastewater Treatment
【摘要】 目的通过降低膜负荷缓解膜污染,提高膜生物反应器的处理有机物、脱氮效果.方法采用分体式间歇运行膜生物反应器,生物反应器间歇运行的方式处理污水,处理后的出水进行膜分离处理,并测量原水、生物反应器出水、膜分离出水的COD、NH3-N、NO2--N、NO3--N、TN、TMP,考察分体式间歇运行膜生物反应器处理有机物、脱氮效果及膜污染速率.结果试验表明,系统处理COD平均去除率达到87.9%,NH3-N的平均去除率为93.8%,对TN的平均去除率为82.5%,并且与一体式膜生物反应器相比膜污染速率大大降低.结论分体式间歇运行膜生物反应器具有良好的有机物和含氮污染物的去除能力,生物反应器中硝化反应、反硝化反应进行彻底,膜污染速率降低.
【Abstract】 Operational conditions and performances of separation sequence Membrane Bioreactor(MBR) were studied.The result about treating domestic wastewater showed that the average CODcr removal rate reached 87.9%,the average NH3-N removal rate 93.8%,the average TN removal rate 82.5%,and all items could meet the quality standards for reused wastewater,and contract with IMBR the rate of membrane fouling was reduced.
