试论国家重点实验室的知识产权管理
Discussion on the intellectual property management of state key laboratory
【摘要】 该文分析了国家重点实验室的知识产权保护现状,通过探讨国家重点实验室实施知识产权管理的优劣势,提出加强知识产权管理的措施。
【Abstract】 The situation of intellectual property protection of state key laboratory was analyzed in this paper.Measures were put forward through discussing advantage and disadvantage of state key laboratory management.
