【摘要】 高校实验室作为培养大学生实践能力和创新能力的重要基地,不仅要加强建设以满足常规教学科研的需要,同时又必须根据学科专业的发展,制定长远的实验室发展规划。该文指出了在实行校院财务分级管理的高校中,实验室的管理与长远发展存在诸多矛盾,阻碍了高校教学科研的协调发展。对高校财务分级管理体制下的实验室管理与建设进行了分析,对实验室管理体制的改革进行了探讨。更多还原

【Abstract】 As an important base for training practical,creative abilities of students,the university laboratory should be constructed not only to meet existing teaching and research requirements,but also new requirements from expected developments of discipline and subject.However,under the two-level financial control involving in both university and schools there are contradictions within laboratory administration and long-term development.These contradictions obstruct coordinated development of teaching and research at the universities.In this paper university laboratory administration and construction are analyzed and the reform of current laboratory administration is discussed.更多还原
