人参总皂甙对小鼠胚胎发育的影响

【摘要】 目的探讨人参总皂甙对体外培养的小鼠胚胎发育的影响。方法采用植入后全胚胎培养模型,将8.5d龄的ICR小鼠胚胎在含有不同浓度人参总皂甙的大鼠即刻离心血清中旋转培养48h(人参总皂甙终浓度分别为0,5,15,30,40,50mg/L),观察人参总皂甙对小鼠胚胎生长发育和组织器官形态分化的影响。结果随着人参总皂甙浓度的增加,反映胚胎生长发育的指标得分和胚胎总形态学得分无明显变化,各剂量组与对照组相比,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论人参总皂甙浓度达到50mg/L时,未见对体外培养的小鼠胚胎有毒性作用。

【Abstract】 Objective To examine the effects of ginsenosides on development of mouse embryos cultured in vitro. Methods Whole embryo culture system was used in this research. Early somite stage (GD 8.5) mouse embryos were explanted and cultured in rat serum medium (immediately centrifuged serum, ICS) with ginsenosides (0,5,15,30,40,50 mg/L) for 48 h to evaluate the embryonic development and morphological differentiation. Results With the concentration of ginsenosides rising, there were not significant changes in the growth and development score and total morphological score among groups. Conclusion At the concentration up to 50/L, ginsenosides didn’t appear toxicity on mouse embryos yet.
