油田沉降设备中的细颗粒污泥处理新技术

【摘要】 现有油田沉降设备中的细颗粒污泥处理手段已无法适应油田的生产需要,停产、污染、普通固液分离设备的处理效果差等问题使得研制新型高效处理技术成为当务之急。为此,研究设计了一种旋流浓缩和离心稠化技术相结合的油田沉降污泥处理新技术,现场试验表明该技术装备小型、高效、与现场工艺对接方便、无需停产清污,并具有不污染环境和无需另外加药等特点。

【Abstract】 The current method for treating the fine particle sludge in oilfield sedimentation equipments cannot meet the demand of oilfield production.The existing problems,such as production shutdown,pollution and bad treatment effect of common solid-liquid separation equipments,make it urgent to develop novel treatment technology with high efficiency.Therefore,a new technology of treating the sludge in the oilfield,sedimentation equipment which is combined with the cyclone condensation and centrifugal thickening technologies is designed.The field test indicates that the new technology is characterized by small size,high efficiency,convenient matching to the in-situ techniques,continuous working without shutdown for sludge removal,no environmental pollution and no additional medicine feeding.In addition,the whole equipment is domestically manufactured,thus enjoying good prospect of widespread application.
