单点注气液-液旋流器分离效率的实验研究
Experimental study on separation efficiency of liquid-liquid hydrocyclone for single-point gas injection
【摘要】 针对油田后期开发中遇到的污水处理难度大等实际问题,实验研究了气携式液液水力旋流器,由于气泡与油滴结合后形成油气复合体,从而有利于部分油滴向旋流器中心处运移,但气体对旋流器内的流场同时也会产生一定的影响。通过旋流器入口注气和锥段不同位置的单点注气实验,发现气携式液液水力旋流器的分离效率有较为明显的提高,同时,与常规的液液水力旋流器相比,对流场的稳定性要求更高,分流比和溢流口直径均较大,对操作参数的控制应更加严格。
【Abstract】 In consideration of the difficulty for sewage treatment at the late stage of oilfield development, an experimental study is conducted on a gas carried liquid-liquid hydrocyclone. Because a compound is created by the combination of oil drops with gas bubbles, it is favorable for some of oil droplets moving to the center of hydrocyclone. Meanwhile the gas may have an influence on the flow field in the hydrocyclone. Experiments are conducted on its inlet gas injection and single-point gas injection on different positions of cone section, by which it is found out that the separation efficiency of hydrocyclone is obviously improved. Compared with conventional liquid-liquid hydrocyclone, this kind of hydrocyclone requires higher stability in flow field and higher diverting ratio and larger diameter of overflow vent, and demands strict control on operation parameters.
