射孔枪材料动态断裂韧度的试验研究
Experimental study on dynamic fracture toughness of perforator material
【摘要】 根据应用现场的断口分析,确定了射孔枪炸裂属于I型断裂。通过试验-数值分析方法,应用Hopkinson冲击杆测试了射孔枪材料32CrMo4的动态断裂韧度值KⅠD,为射孔枪的断裂分析建立了数据依据。最后用数值模拟的方法,比较了强度判据与断裂判据的破坏效果,从理论分析上验证了应用现场的断口分析结论。
【Abstract】 Based on fracture analysis on field operation, it is determined that perforator fracture belongs to Type I, the dynamic toughness KID of perforator material 32CrMo4 is measured by using experimental numerical simulation with Hopkinson impact rod, thus a database is established for fracture analysis on the perforator. Eventually a numerical simulation method is used to compare the intensity criteria with failure effect of fracture criteria of the perforator, the result of field fracture analysis is proven theoretically.
