乙酸酐/过氧化氢催化氧化脱除α-甲基萘中甲基苯并噻吩

【摘要】 α-甲基萘馏份中含有高浓度硫化物杂质甲基苯并噻吩,可以通过乙酸酐/过氧化氢催化氧化法脱除。以质量分数30%的过氧化氢水溶液为氧化剂,乙酸酐为催化剂,考察了n(乙酸酐)/n(H2O2)和n(H2O2)/n(S)、反应时间、原料中氮化物杂质(甲基喹啉、吲哚等)的存在对α-甲基萘中甲基苯并噻吩转化率的影响。结果表明,n(乙酸酐)/n(H2O2)对转化率有显著影响;但转化率对过氧化氢并不敏感;在40~70℃,温度的升高有利于反应的进行;在n(乙酸酐)/n(H2O2)=0.5,n(H2O2)/n(S)=16,温度为70℃,反应时间为60 min时,甲基苯并噻吩转化率达96%。另外,原料中的碱性氮化物对转化率有一定的影响。

【Abstract】 There is high concentration impurity of methylbenzothiophene(MBT) in 1-methylnaphthalene fraction of wash oil.Acetic anhydride and hydrogen peroxide were used to remove MBT by catalytic oxidation.The effects of n(acetic anhydride)/n(H2O2) and n(H2O2)/n(S),reaction time and nitrogen impurities(indole and methylquinoline) on the conversion ratio of MBT were investigated with hydrogen peroxide solution(mass fraction of H2O2 is 30%) as oxidizer and acetic anhydride as catalyst.The results show that n(acetic anhydride)/n(H2O2) has notable effect on the conversion ratio,but the conversion ratio is insensitive to hydrogen peroxide,the temperature increase in the range of 40 to 70 ℃ promotes reaction proceeding.The conversion ratio of MBT is 96% when n(acetic anhydride)/n(H2O2) is 0.5,n(H2O2)/n(S) is 16 and reacting for 60 min at 70 ℃.The concentration of basic nitrogen in feed material has some effects on conversion ratio of MBT.
